| High Priestess is a full range professional body piercing studio. We are self owned and operated. Our downtown Eugene studio has been open since April 1st, 1996. Our Corvallis location has been open since September of 2001. Our Eugene campus studio has been open since October of 2004. Most recently our Roseburg studio opened in November of 2007. Combined we have over seventy years of body piercing experience! High Priestess consists of four of the six shops within Oregon recognized by The Association of Professional Piercers (APP). |
We currently have ten APP piercers licensed by the state of Oregon. All of our employees are trained and certified in First Aid, CPR and Blood borne pathogens by the American Red Cross. High Priestess feels that our role in the community is very important. We are constantly striving to use all the newest and safest techniques. All of our clients are educated in proper aftercare methods and appropriate body jewelry materials. We also attend events and outreach programs to further educate the public. |
Every year employees attend the APP conference to gain knowledge from the global piercing scene. Those of us within the High Priestess family consider body modifications to not only represent a state of mind or way of life, but a legitimate art form, as well. It is perhaps humankind’s oldest form of self expressionism. It has been a right of passage for countless cultures and indigenous tribes as long as time can tell. We are a dedicated tribe of modern day primitives here to bring this ancient art form into our present world. | ||
